We too would like to make a profit without taking advantage for a short term gain. Our goal is to make sure we build long term relationships and word of mouth referrals. Another priority of ours is to make sure we do not go over our head with a project size which we cannot handle. The optimal project range for our company is project sizes up to 1,000,000 $ where we can offer significant savings compared to other general contractors. However, we are financially solid for projects up to 3,000,000 $.

Each project is handled and managed by the owner operator, where the additional cost of superintendent, project manager, or workers comp insurance are all eliminated. Who are we?

TX Project Management & Construction (TXPMC LLC) is founded by Mustafa K. Guner aka GUNNER in 2016.

I started TXPMC in 2016, and been offering full service general contracting since then. Construction is my passion. Starting from scratch, and delivering a finished space is a fun challenge.
